A Solar Power Purchase Agreement (Solar PPA) is a long-term contract where NxtGen Energy installs and maintains a solar system on your premises, and your business buys the solar electricity it produces at a guaranteed, low price.

Your business should typically consume 250,000 kWh or more per year to unlock meaningful savings.

NXTGEN Solar PPASuitable Roof or Land Area

You’ll need an unshaded, structurally sound area such as a warehouse roof, commercial rooftop, carport structure or available land.

NXTGEN Solar PPAStructural Condition

For rooftop systems, the building must be able to support solar panels. If upgrades are required, we’ll advise you during the assessment.

NXTGEN Solar PPALong-Term Occupancy or Lease

Because PPAs run for 10–25 years, your business should own the building or have a secure long-term lease.
